Meet the Owner. Meet Our Team. Explore Our School.
Choosing an early childhood education program is personal.
A website can introduce you to a school. Photos can show you the classrooms. But sometimes the best way to understand whether an environment feels right for your child is simply to walk through the doors and experience it yourself.
The Weston School is a Hoosier-based, locally owned and operated early childhood education organization with roots dating back to 1986.
During the Noblesville East Fall Open House, owner Omar Khan will be there personally alongside members of our school team.
Ask questions.
Explore the classrooms.
Learn about our educational approach.
Tell us about your child.
And get to know the people who could become part of your family’s early learning journey.
What Can Your Family Explore During the Open House?
Our Noblesville East school offers early childhood education and care from infancy through Pre-K, with experiences designed to support children during each stage of their development.
During your visit, you’ll have an opportunity to learn more about:
Infant Care
Our infant program provides a warm, nurturing environment with individualized attention, routines and sensory experiences designed to support early development.
Toddler Care
As toddlers become increasingly curious and independent, our teachers use guided play, movement, music and social interaction to encourage communication, exploration and development.
Preschool
Our Preschool program combines hands-on learning with opportunities to develop early literacy, math, science, social-emotional skills and confidence in a classroom environment.
Pre-K & Kindergarten Readiness
Our Pre-K program helps children continue building the skills and confidence they’ll use as they prepare for kindergarten, including early literacy, problem-solving, and familiarity with classroom routines.
Kindergarten Readiness Is About More Than Letters and Numbers
Writing their name.
Listening to a story and wanting to know what happens next.
Working through an activity when the answer doesn’t come immediately.
Learning to communicate what they need.
Cooperating with another child.
Following classroom routines.
Trying again after something feels difficult.
Walking into a classroom with growing confidence and independence.
These moments may seem small, but together they can become important parts of a child’s developmental foundation.
Kindergarten readiness includes more than academics. Children are also developing communication, curiosity, problem-solving, emotional awareness, self-regulation, cooperation, motor skills and positive relationships with teachers and peers.
At The Weston School, our goal is to create opportunities for children to continue developing those skills while discovering that learning can be something they enjoy.
Learning Through Play, Exploration and Intentional Teaching
Early childhood is filled with opportunities to turn curiosity into learning.
The Weston School uses a play-based educational approach designed to support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. Our Preschool curriculum incorporates hands-on, project-based experiences alongside opportunities to develop foundational literacy and mathematics skills.
Children have opportunities to ask questions, explore ideas, communicate, create, cooperate, and discover.
And because every child develops differently, our teachers work to recognize individual strengths, needs and interests while helping each child continue moving forward.
