Success in School | Success in Life ®
The Weston School story began in 1986, when Nazli Khan, a mother and banking professional, searched for high-quality childcare for her first child and saw a need for something better. What started as an at-home childcare service in Indianapolis was built on safety, education, health, nurture, and trust.
By 1989, the program became a licensed childcare company known as ABC’s and 123’s Learning Center. As the need for trusted early childhood education grew, the school expanded to Avon in 1996 and northwest Indianapolis in 1999, continuing to serve more families across Central Indiana.
In 2013, Nazli’s son, Omar Khan, joined the company and helped relaunch the organization as The Weston School alongside Dana Query. Since then, The Weston School has continued to grow through remodeled facilities, new Noblesville locations in 2017 and 2019, expanded space at the Indianapolis school in 2021, and the opening of The Weston School Speedway in 2025.
Today, The Weston School remains committed to providing safe, nurturing, education-focused childcare across Central Indiana. Through innovative curriculum, advanced safety technology, experienced educators, and strong family partnerships, The Weston School continues helping children build the foundation for success in school and in life.
